The early stages mixed quick screening with focused technical checks. I had a phone interview of about 45 minutes, split between behavioral questions and a coding problem with follow-ups. The interviewer was warm and nice, which made it easier to think. Earlier in the pipeline, I also remember a quick chat, an OA, more behavioral questions, and then a technical round with medium LeetCode questions.
Another OA was more involved than standard coding. It included a time-boxed DSA test and an AI-assisted coding and debugging task where I traced a repo and worked out why a request was not committing to the database. There were work-style hypotheticals and a personal-style section about how strongly statements matched me. Live interviews included multiple medium coding questions, workplace behavioral scenarios, and a short skills personality check.
The loop consistently wanted working solutions, clear explanations, and evidence from prior experience. One straightforward round still had the pressure of hidden automated tests. Another was thorough and back-to-back, but the interviewers listened and let me fully explain my answers. It was demanding, but not chaotic.
