I applied online among lots of other applications, then only heard from a recruiter a month later. When I went back to look for the job description, the posting was already down... I asked her for the job description, but she didn't send it either. There were also more questions than in a typical recruiter round.

Their offers aren't negotiable; once issued, that's the final offer. The recruiter gave me two possible base salaries, with the choice to depend on my interview results. Next comes an HM screen, five onsite rounds, then a leadership screen. The onsite tests SQL... Oh my, I haven't written SQL in years, and now I have to start reviewing the syntax again. I hope I can get through the HM screen and reach the onsite.
