A recruiter told me the process would be structured, about five weeks long, with at least four or five interviews and a required presentation. Scheduling was the part that threw me off. My interview times kept being rescheduled, and while I understood that things change, it kept pushing the calendar.
End to end, the process took about eight weeks instead of the original expectation. The loop sounded organized, but the shifting schedule made it feel drawn out, and I did not get an offer.
