I was still in the interview process when I shared this. A recruiter had contacted me, and I had completed an initial interview with a kind interviewer. My second conversation was a video meeting and felt like a normal next step.
There was not much more detail beyond the process moving forward and being enjoyable so far. At that point, I felt positive enough to continue and comfortable rather than nervous about the next stage.
No decision had been reached yet. The process had been respectful and well paced, and I was looking forward to the next round.
