Bank of America Financial Analyst interview with five-question sessions

The process felt light from the start. After I was scheduled, I had two back-to-back interviews that took about an hour together. Each was structured around five questions from a prepared list, followed by about five minutes for my own questions.

The interviews were straightforward and did not turn into anything tricky or unexpected. I got a clear picture of the role, and it felt like the interviewer wanted to understand fit rather than pressure-test me with hard pivots.

This was the easiest part of my search, and I received an offer. I was glad I did not overthink it, though I still wanted to be crisp and specific going in.

Location: Short Hills, NJ. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: got offer.
