After recruiter outreach, I went through a bridge stage that led to a final-round invitation. The final stretch included an online technical assessment and case interviews: first one case, then two cases back to back. Behavioral questions filled the first half, while the case discussion took over in the second.
The process was more demanding than it looked. I had to switch quickly from fit questions to an interviewee-led case, where I needed to drive how the problem was unpacked and solved. The cases were challenging enough that I had to keep my thinking tight and communicate clearly.
I did not get an offer. The hardest part was the pace and the expectation from the start of the case portion. It felt as though they were evaluating how I created structure, not only whether I reached a plausible answer.
Location: United States. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
