The process began with screens that didn't feel like a traditional back-and-forth interview. First, there was an online section with cognitive-style tasks such as mental math and matching objects. I then had a phone screen with real people, where the questions focused more on my background and fit.

After that, I had a panel-style virtual interview with several team members. The format was consistent: they asked behavioral questions and wanted STAR-style answers. It lasted about an hour. Although they described the position as entry level, I felt the technical expectations were higher than I had expected, especially when I explained what I had done and what results came from it. They paid close attention to the action portion and the outcomes.

The process took weeks from start to finish and felt more assessment-heavy than I expected. I left with mixed feelings because the online tasks and tight structure made it hard to tell how I was doing in the moment. Overall, the experience was organized and straightforward, but I couldn't shake the feeling that they were asking for more than behavioral answers.

Location: Seattle, WA. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: Got offer.
