After a referral for a Business Analyst role, I moved quickly into a virtual interview. The panel asked about my resume, projects, internship, SQL, Power BI, and general business-analysis concepts. It felt a little off because they did not seem to have reviewed my resume carefully, so the questions did not always land as expected.
I also went through an on-campus style route with two rounds: a test combining aptitude and coding, then a shorter 30-to-40-minute interview with technical and HR questions. The format differed from the referral route, but both started as evaluation-heavy rather than conversational.
Neither route left me with a strong fit feeling. I did not receive an offer or real feedback afterward, so the process felt unfinished.
Location: Pune. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
