After scheduling the interview, I had a phone call with HR.
I was explicitly told that there would not be three behavioral questions.
The product interview now uses only a digital product, and it includes questions related to AI.
Case 1: a 90-day short-term loan.
Case 2: wheat.
They were exactly the same as the interview reports on the forum. Work through all of them and you will be fine!
Product Case — Digital App
- Give a brief introduction.
- Why do you like it?
- Who are its target customers?
- Who are its competitors?
- What is its revenue model?
- How would you improve it? It is best to include AI here; if you do not mention it, the interviewer will ask about it separately.
- If you were the CEO, which KPI would you focus on?
- Choose the most important improvement and explain why.
I finished the interview in the afternoon. Before HR left work that day, they called to tell me that I had passed.
