My process felt fairly straightforward compared with what I'd heard from other job searches. After applying, I completed two interview rounds. The questions were mostly sales focused, covering how I thought about pitching, handling sales scenarios, and presenting my approach. The interviews didn't feel overly technical or unusually difficult.
What surprised me most was how manageable the experience felt. The format stayed focused on sales execution and never turned into an overwhelming series of extra stages. I didn't reach a final round and never received an offer, but I didn't feel blindsided during the conversations.
Looking back, it felt like a good experience even without an outcome. There was no intense friction, and the difficulty stayed around average. Still, not progressing after two rounds left me wondering what specifically kept me from moving forward.
