Before it, I attended a learn-more component with a case-related activity and networking. The networking mattered because people who made connections there seemed to receive attention.
The Superday involved short conversations with several interviewers. The process was smooth and professional, and people were willing to answer my questions, so it felt like a two-way discussion. I did not receive an offer, but the experience seemed to assess connection and interest across the organization as well as technical ability.
