I did it the day before, and the next day I was told I passed. This one, maybe everybody passes.
There were about 60 questions total. I can't say the specific questions, so I'll just give you the gist.
The types were all about behavior — things like ethics, cooperation, work attitude, and so on. There were five levels total, from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree.
It says it takes about 30 minutes to complete, but I spent more than that. You can do it in multiple sessions, you don't have to finish it in one sitting, but you have to finish within 4 days. If you pass, it's valid for 2 years.
Key points:
Read the questions carefully! Make sure you understand exactly what it's saying, what it means. Some questions play word games — they sound like they're saying similar things, but they don't mean the same thing.
Don't pick Neutral. For the most part (80%+) you have to choose Strongly Agree or Strongly Disagree. If you feel like something you might or might not do, and it's hard to go Strong, then pick Agree or Disagree.
And then the most important point: avoid red flags — meaning your answers absolutely must not contradict each other. You can take some notes on what you answered earlier so you don't forget. What counts as contradicting yourself, for example:
"You like online shopping, you buy everything online" --- Strongly Agree
"When you shop, you always have to touch the item first to check the quality before you place an order" --- Strongly Agree
That's a contradiction, and it'll raise a red flag.
