My first step was a relaxed recruiter conversation of about half an hour. We discussed my background, school or earlier experience, and what was ahead. Then I completed a 45-minute technical screening coding challenge where how I organized and explained my reasoning mattered as much as reaching an answer.
The final loop had four 45-minute interviews, usually spread across one or two days so it would not be exhausting. Three focused on programming and complex logic, including time and efficiency analysis. The last was behavioral, covering Googliness and leadership through past situations such as tight deadlines or team conflict.
The process was challenging but fair, and its structure felt consistent from screening through the behavioral round. I did not get an offer, but felt it tested the right things.
Location: Brazil. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: no offer.
