After I applied, I moved forward only after completing a Codesignal GCA-style assessment that wasn’t automatic. Once I passed, I had two technical rounds with LeetCode-style questions drawn from the company’s tagged topics. The rounds felt sequential and fairly structured. I solved each problem, reviewed my approach, and moved to the next step after clearing the previous one.
After the technical portion, I had two 30-minute behavioral interviews. One focused on "tell me about a time" storytelling, while the other used situational questions along the lines of "what would you do if..." and tied them to how I’d operate day to day.
The difficulty felt manageable but deliberate. The process tested both coding fundamentals and how I’d work in the role, and I left each round with a fairly clear sense of what they were evaluating. I didn’t get the offer, but the overall pathway felt coherent.
