The process felt straightforward and predictable. After applying, I completed an online assessment, followed by a technical interview focused on a LeetCode medium problem. The process then moved toward an offer decision.
The online assessment was the difficult part. One question was relatively easy, but after that I essentially had to produce a perfect coding solution without debugging, all within the time limit. That made the assessment more stressful than the content itself. The technical interview felt more focused and less punishing on time.
I didn’t receive an offer. I came away feeling that the process followed a clear standard, with speed and correctness under a time limit mattering as much as the algorithmic idea.
