My process began with online rounds and, after I was shortlisted, became very in person and structured. After the recruiter step, about a week later I had a technical screen on DSA-style coding. The in-office sequence began with a coding round where I needed to solve 2 of 4 DSA questions. Then four candidates worked together in a small group to implement assigned features in a web-development template.
I then had two separate one-to-one technical interviews. Both covered frontend concepts and problem-solving, with a possibility of live coding. The first went deeper into frontend fundamentals; the second pushed further into technical concepts and how I reasoned through solutions. Finally, I had HR for behavioral and general discussion.
I did not get an offer, but the process felt professional and consistent. It seemed to test both my ability to code and collaborate, not only memorized theory.
