After applying, the process ran for a couple of months before my superday. I first did HireVue, then a recruiting group discussion. Before the superday, I attended a special session with current analysts on a panel to learn how the business worked.
The roughly two-hour superday included two interviews with VP/EDs from different CCB areas. The conversations covered fit and how I thought about problems. The recruiting team was kind and helpful, and the structured process helped me arrive prepared and stay consistent.
