The process began with a HackerRank assessment containing two LeetCode-style questions. It took me about twenty minutes because I kept optimizing more than I expected to, when I had expected something closer to fifteen minutes.
Later, I gave a stock pitch and then had to solve a very difficult math problem in the interview loop. There were short, timed answer windows and no chance to redo an answer, so I had to be both quick and correct. It was demanding and made clear that the technical screens were filtering for speed, precision, and calm communication.
