The process began with an online coding assessment and felt competitive from the start. I was then called back for a super-day with behavioral and coding interviews. Even though I kept a positive attitude, I did not move on to an offer.
Another version of the journey had the same screen-first, difficult-later shape. Candidates were shortlisted from their resumes, completed an online assessment, and then did a HireVue-style interview before a hackathon at the Mumbai office. The impression was that stronger hackathon performance and better connections, especially bonding with a mentor, were tied to receiving an offer letter.
There was also a path with an online assessment containing two questions, followed by a hackathon and a series of interviews where I had to explain projects and architecture from my resume, including how components worked internally. Across these accounts, it was not about getting through one technical screen. It was about multiple high-pressure filters, and I did not get an offer.
Location: Mumbai. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: No offer.
