The first stage was an online assessment on AMCAT. It was mostly aptitude based and entirely multiple choice, with some analytical reasoning and no traditional coding. Clearing that gate led to a technical interview.

The technical conversation focused much more on my resume, background, and how I would work in the role. The interviewer led the discussion, seemed to know the work well, and was direct about expectations. The questions could be broad, but they stayed practical and centered on how things get done. An HR interview closed the process.

It felt like a three-round path: an early check of problem-solving and communication basics, a technical discussion of project context, and HR for behavioral and cultural fit. I received an offer. The reassuring part was how clearly the interviewers explained what they needed as we spoke.

Location: India. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: got offer.
