After applying online, I entered an assessment session that ran as one tightly scheduled block. The first meeting contained three 30-minute online interviews back to back. One was a case interview, one behavioral, and one a more technical case. Everything happened in the same Zoom session, so there was little time to reset.
What stood out to me was the effort to simulate the actual work environment. After a group and case element in breakout rooms, it moved quickly to a 1:1 conversation. I gave a presentation in that 1:1 and also worked through a case-study component connected to the presentation.
It was challenging but contained. The pace made it clear they were evaluating both how I think and how I communicate under time pressure.
