My first interaction with Micro1 felt like a pure Zara AI interview, and it ramped up quickly. I faced technical questions whose difficulty increased fast. The pace was so tight that I barely had time to pause and think before the bot moved on. If I didn't respond in time, it went straight to the next question.
What caught me off guard was having to go through every section. When a topic didn't click, such as the stack-related questions, I couldn't effectively skip ahead. I had to work through the sequence and say explicitly when I didn't know something. The bot did let me ask for clarification or request a question again, which helped a little, but the interaction still felt designed to keep moving instead of exploring an answer.
I didn't get an offer. The experience was frustrating because it felt more like the system was collecting signals than genuinely evaluating my potential. It never gave me the sense that the testing was fair. I left worn out by the speed and inflexibility.
