I began with an online HackerRank completed on my own. Next came behavioral questions on HireVue, without video recording. A recruiter call followed with the usual request to walk through myself and similar basics, meant to confirm fit and direction before the deeper stages.
The next step was the largest one. The recruiter said it would take around three hours, and that was how it played out: roughly 45 minutes of back-to-back time with three different people, separated by short 15-minute breaks. Technical and behavioral questions were mixed throughout, so it never became only a coding session or only a conversation session.
The schedule was mentally demanding because there was not much time to reset, although the content stayed rooted in that mixed evaluation. I did not receive an offer. What I remember most is how compressed the technical and behavioral work felt across a single long day.
