HR called to say my profile had been selected for a Lead Performance Test Engineer position. At a weekend interview, I was asked to introduce myself and then quickly told they were looking for something else.
It felt sloppy because my resume and fit did not seem to have been reviewed properly. I left thinking the whole interaction could have been handled more professionally.
