NVIDIA QA Engineer interview: project walkthrough, DSA, and a long timeline

After an initial recruiter step, I moved toward an on-site technical interview. First came a difficult DSA-focused round. Then, in a virtual interview, I had to explain a project line by line from a random starting point and also solve DSA-style problems. I later had an HR conversation.

The process seemed designed to pressure-test my understanding from what I had written through coding. By the on-site day, the plan was clear and the tone conversational, not adversarial. The interviewers were friendly, even though the overall timeline was about two months from screening to the final loop.

I had not received an offer yet. The questions closely matched my resume and the role requirements, and I came away understanding how they assessed comprehension and problem-solving.

Location: Pune. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
