The first round (technical) was on HackerRank. The question was about alerts: you raise an alert when there are too many non-2xx API calls. It had multiple parts. I couldn’t pass one test case because I kept getting TLE, but I was still moved to the next round.
The next round was an online assessment with a similar question, where you had to print tasks and subtasks in a hierarchy. I’ve seen this one posted here too.
After that, I had three rounds:
Integration round: This was the bike map round, where you call a real API and send data to it. I think I’ve seen this question here as well.
Bug squash round: This is where I messed up. I got the request 307 one and couldn’t fix it. I wasted a lot of time, and even with hints I couldn’t find where the fix needed to go. Honestly, I got lost in the code. I wish I had practiced this.
AI integration round: This is a coding round where you work with AI. I asked the agent to write the code and reviewed its plan. I thought it was easy. There isn’t much to do; just make sure you understand both the question and the solution.
The last round should have been the hiring manager round, but I was rejected before I got to it.
