After a couple of early steps that felt fairly normal, the process broke down at the fourth stage. I had been told that the third interview would focus on my motivations and details around relocating to Dublin, so I prepared for that context and answered accordingly.
When the rejection feedback finally arrived, it cited commercial skills that, as far as I understood, had never been asked about or tested in that call. That was especially frustrating because the problem did not just feel late. It felt completely mismatched to what I had been led to do. Getting automated or disconnected feedback after putting in the time left me with a bad impression of how structured and aligned the hiring process was. The whole effort felt wasted.
