My interview flow started with a recruiter screen, then an online assessment and technical interviews. Coding and behavioral evaluation were tied closely to Amazon Leadership Principles, particularly how I described ownership, impact, and decisions. GenAI concepts also appeared.
The process was organized and serious, but I did not receive an offer. I understood the material, yet I could not turn it into the full range of signals they wanted in this broad and strict evaluation.
