At first, the process seemed quick and responsive. After the first stage, though, I ran into complete silence. I followed up and still received no feedback, which made me feel that I had been interviewed simply for the sake of interviewing.
I also experienced another version of the same poor follow-through. It dragged on for around two months, and I was ghosted after the interviews despite my reminders. A clear message would have taken very little effort and would have felt more respectful.
What stayed with me most was the apparent lack of internal logic: an offer was confirmed and then withdrawn for a reason centered on salary, even though salary had been discussed throughout the process. I did not end up with an offer and was left with a bitter impression of how seriously the process was handled.
