After applying online, the TCS process stretched close to 6 to 12 months, though it was organized once underway. The NQT exam was important for shortlisting. My listed slot was 12 pm but happened later, so I waited in a hall while interviews ran from early morning into the afternoon. The process felt aimed at freshers, mixing coding, resume discussion, and HR logistics. I did not receive an offer, but found it structured and professional.
