After the initial HR coordination, I went through a longer technical loop that felt more demanding than typical screens I had seen. The interviewers were polite, but the overall impression was that people were stretched. Several interviewers mentioned heavy hours, so it did not feel like a casual conversation.
There were several technical rounds, each built around LeetCode-style medium questions, with some possibly edging into light-hard territory. The role emphasis varied: one interviewer described a systems or SRE-style job with little coding, while another discussed internal tooling. Across the loop, they were checking normal coding ability as well as how I handled performance and systems expectations.
I completed the loop without an offer. More than any single question, I remembered how the high-intensity, stretched context shaped the atmosphere.
Location: United States. Overall feedback: negative. Offer status: no offer.
