I had two interviews with managers and members of the team. The overall theme was behavioral, but there were also detailed dives into my resume. I had to explain what I had done and why, with enough detail that I could not rely on high-level descriptions.
It felt as though they were connecting my previous roles to the work they expected me to do there. The pace stayed resume-driven, and I remember feeling that I could not gloss over anything because they kept asking about my specific decisions and outcomes.
