I began with a communication and reasoning screen made up of several parts. A prompt appeared in a video section and I had to answer it aloud. Then I received an audio question with the same idea, then typed an email-style response to a specific department. I also answered behavioral questions about what I would do in a workplace situation and whether I would report something to a manager. The process ended with logical reasoning questions that were mostly easier.
What stood out was the emphasis on how I presented and explained myself, not only whether I could solve a problem. In the lead-up, it was clear that they expected solid fundamentals rather than extreme difficulty. I felt the process would be approachable if I knew the basics and kept my communication steady.
I did not receive an offer, but the experience felt fair for what it tested. My main takeaway was that clear thinking and being able to speak through a prompt mattered at least as much as my technical basics.
