First day was system design and leadership sessions. System design was a simple DAU and MAU tracking in an existing system, I gave a pretty complete solution, however, there were some parts where the interviewer was getting confused on where the data was being stored and why. I'd suggest keeping the solution very simple as it seems like that is what they were looking for. Leadership session was pretty straight forward, but I felt like the interviewer was quick to cut off the interview after he heard the projects I've worked on. Must not have been relevant or not complex enough for their standards.
Second day was principles and backend practical sessions. The principles session was more of behavioral / situational questions and I felt like some of the answers I gave were not to the interviewer's liking (he kept saying "interesting" after each answer). The practical session was very long and I was able to come up with a working solution within the time frame. No issues with the interviewer or the interaction.
After 3 days got a generic rejection about moving forward with other candidates and when I asked for specific feedback, recruiter ghosted me.
