I started with a coding game exercise where I could choose from a flexible set of technologies. After I finished it, I had a call with the recruiter.
During that conversation, the recruiter described the projects I might work on. The process felt like an early screen for both my technical approach and fit with those projects. It did not develop into a long sequence of rounds.
