I spent a full day at the office, from late morning until early evening. The setup was strange: I had to bring my own earpiece and take virtual interviews while sitting at their workplace. I'd also brought a printed resume, although it didn't seem likely to be useful.
The first round was a one-hour pen-and-paper test with 20 questions: 10 about coding and 10 IQ-style questions. Next came several LeetCode-style problems and a data-model design question in a round that lasted up to about three hours. The final technical round covered concepts from my resume, including frontend frameworks and AI or embeddings topics. The interviewers also returned to parts of the earlier coding round.
The final interviewer seemed distracted. They stopped to take calls and even ran personal errands. That made the experience feel inconsistent and possibly biased. I didn't get an offer, and I left feeling they were checking boxes rather than evaluating me fairly.
Location: Singapore. Overall feedback: negative. Offer status: no offer.
