The frustrating part began with scheduling. It took a long time to arrange interviews, and I booked slots almost every week for nearly a month before my interview was finally scheduled. Even after it happened, HR did not respond and my emails went unanswered.
The waiting continued without feedback. I assumed I had not passed the technical step because nothing moved forward, but I never received a clear rejection or next steps. It was just silence, and I had to sit with the uncertainty.
Difficulty was average and the initial communication had been good. Once the technical team had interviewed me, though, the process became unresponsive. I did not get an offer. A company can be slow, but leaving someone without closure after the work is done is what made this sting.
