I went through an on-campus drive that was structured from start to finish. The online assessment began with mental ability, then basic-computer-science MCQs, followed by three questions on frontend, backend, and DBMS. That stage was eliminatory across all of those parts.
Next came a communication round that I found easy, followed later by a 15 to 20 minute online interview. That shorter interview covered a basic introduction, CSE knowledge, and other HR-style topics.
The overall difficulty was easy. The stages were clearly separated, which made the process smoother than I expected even though it tested a range of fundamentals. I received an offer.
