Accenture in India Software Engineer Interview Experience: React stack before verification silence

Accenture in India·Software Engineer·Reported Jul 2026
Technical ScreenOtherMedium

My process began with two technical rounds. The first went deeply into React.js and JavaScript, including ES6 and TypeScript, as well as HTML and CSS. We covered API integration, state management, performance optimization, and scenario questions about debugging, code optimization, and component design. I also discussed real project experience.

The second round mixed technical and managerial topics. I described my project responsibilities and problem-solving, answered questions about teamwork and communication, discussed challenges in production projects, and covered React best practices. Afterward, I submitted documents for verification, which went smoothly.

What hurt the experience was what followed. I received no further update even after following up. It had felt positive overall, but the lack of closure after the time invested was disappointing. I did not get an offer, and the missing communication shaped how I remembered it.

Location: Chennai. Overall feedback: negative. Offer status: no offer.
