Accenture in India Software Engineer Interview Experience: Shortlisted but prolonged process

Accenture in India·Software Engineer·Reported Aug 2026

The technical content was not the main issue. Even after I was shortlisted, the process had many steps and long waits between updates. The back-and-forth communication felt excessive, and the delays added frustration rather than clarity.

On paper, the process looked thorough, but its timeline made it hard to stay engaged. I did not receive meaningful signals at a pace that matched what the process could have supported. By the time I was still waiting, I had already invested time and energy, and the continued silence was discouraging.

I did not get an offer. My main takeaway was that a hiring process can be careful without becoming unnecessarily prolonged. The lack of streamlining left a negative impression.

Location: Philippines. Overall feedback: neutral. Offer status: no offer.
