I went through three interviews: a recruiter call followed by two technical rounds. The recruiter was very communicative, but the technical interviews were more about system-design-style discussion than hands-on coding.
The pace also stood out. There was roughly one to two weeks between each step, so it felt stretched out rather than like a sprint. After the process, I had a phone call with the recruiter to handle any follow-up questions.
The difficulty felt average. The recruiter portion was smooth, but the technical rounds did not match what I expected from a coding-heavy software-engineer process. I did not get an offer, though the cadence and structure were consistent.
Location: United States. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
