The interview steps themselves went smoothly. I cleared several rounds, met the selection bar, and was selected for the role, so it felt as though the process was finished.
The confusion came afterward while I waited for offer-letter confirmation. I no longer trusted the momentum completely because the back-end operations did not seem aligned with the interviews. In one case, the system showed the position as filled during an interview while the process continued.
The interviews were fine, but the candidate experience after selection became messy and frustrating despite clearing the rounds.
