Accenture Technology Software Engineer interview experience: JavaScript and React

After an online assessment, I went through technical rounds and then HR. The technical discussions covered JavaScript and React, including fundamentals, problem solving, and practical scenarios. The difficulty was moderate: manageable, but demanding clear reasoning.

The logistics were much worse. I completed an assessment and scheduled an interview but never received an email or update about the timing. Virtual sessions felt stressful because interviewers were not engaging properly on camera while I was expected to keep mine on, and the calendar system was buggy. Follow-through and responsiveness were the weakest parts.

I did not receive an offer. What I remember most is the lack of control over communication and the frustrating wait for a clear status after the rounds.

Location: India. Overall feedback: Negative. Offer status: No offer.
