I took part in six hiring processes with the company during 2026, each tied to different clients and projects, including automotive, insurance, and vacuum-machine manufacturing. In almost every cycle, I felt the interviews went well. One final client even gave positive feedback on my participation.
In the end, though, I never moved to an offer. On five occasions, I received the same explanation: another candidate had been chosen. In the most recent process, I completed a technical challenge and then handled changes that I was told the client had requested. I still received no offer afterward.
In one situation, I did not reach the end because they said my salary expectation was above the budget. After all of this, I kept feeling that candidates with an internal referral or a lower salary range had an advantage. I decided to stop taking part in their processes and not to recommend the company, not because of the contact itself, but because of the lack of clarity and the repeated result.
Location: São Paulo, São Paulo. Overall feedback: negative. Offer status: no offer.
