The process began with a group practical-case exercise. We were given a scenario and had to solve it as a team by agreeing on and refining a proposal. After that I had an HR interview about my background, how I thought during school, subjects I liked, and how I organized myself. Then came a technical interview and, finally, a meeting with a partner.
The partner stage was the most intense. It dug into my past experience and asked profile-style questions about my strengths and weaknesses. We also discussed company fit, how the firm differed from other large firms, its international team, and the general expectation of office presence.
All interviews happened in one week, followed by a long wait for the final decision. I received no detailed feedback, so the ending felt more formal than transparent. The structure initially gave me a good feeling, but the lack of detailed feedback at the end left me uncomfortable.
