After I applied, I received a short GMAT-style test with 20 questions and about 30 minutes to complete it. A recruiter followed up, and I went through three interviews. Each round paired case study analysis with more personal questions. The schedule felt intense but structured: two interviews on the same day, followed by a final round on another day.
The first Teams interview began with getting to know me and why I wanted the role, then moved to case work. The interviewer revisited some GMAT questions I had missed, which made the session run long. My interview stretched by roughly 30 to 40 minutes. The cases varied by interviewer. One involved something like a product user-interface scenario, another involved XML, and neither required prior knowledge. They felt possible to work through step by step.
The final in-person interview was calmer but still interviewer-led. I completed another case study that leaned more toward insurance, plus an extra logic and pseudo-code style question. It felt relaxed rather than combative, while still testing how I reasoned in real time and stayed organised when the information became dense. I did not get an offer, and I was left with the usual uncertainty that doing a little better on the earlier reasoning pieces might have changed things.
