This did not feel like a normal series of recruiter calls and technical interviews. I applied online, and the later steps were mainly online tasks: watching videos, answering questions, and completing work prompts rather than participating in live interviews.
I was surprised by how little in person style interviewing there was. After I finished the tasks, I received an email a few days later saying I had been successful, followed by the job follow up at the end.
The steps were described as very difficult, yet I did not receive an offer. My main reflection is that the process felt more like a series of self-paced online tasks than a conversation where I could show my thinking in real time.
Location: California, MD. Overall feedback: Positive. Offer status: No offer.
