Communication was smooth from the start. I flew out to meet the team and had a few interviews with clear coordination and good back-and-forth.
The assessment was the one part that initially threw me. CodeSignal was confusing at first because they said there was now an AI round. Once I understood what they wanted, it became easier to follow, although the early uncertainty added some mental overhead.
I was generally comfortable with the process because everyone I spoke with communicated well and the overall tone was friendly. I received an offer. The logistics and communication made a difference, even though the assessment format was not immediately intuitive.
