I expected the process to be hard, but it was harder than I thought, and I did not reach the second stage.
The first stage had three parts: two chunks of coding and technical work, followed by a short survey. I understood the structure but still could not get through all of it. The difficulty was high enough that I could not recover as the stage went on.
I was not selected. What disappointed me was how far the difficulty exceeded what I had prepared for. The survey did not feel like a simple formality. It was another gate in an already tight stage.
