The interview began with LeetCode-style problems that were easy to medium, then became more intense through Leadership Principle drilling. About half the time went to LP follow-ups, while the other half went to coding-style questions in the usual LeetCode rhythm.
That pattern repeated across two rounds. I was not answering leadership questions once and moving on. I had to explain how I would think and act, and they pressed for details as though they were testing consistency. The combination of LP sessions and coding kept the pace demanding.
The coding alone seemed manageable on paper, but the leadership drilling made the experience much harder than it first appeared. I did not receive an offer. The LP pressure was the hardest part because it required fully prepared examples instead of improvisation.
Location: Seattle, WA. Overall feedback: positive. Offer status: no offer.
